Ugghhh...have fun with that! Potty training is definitely my least favorite part of parenting!
Maybe this isn't the advice you want...but I waited a good long time before I started with Merritt. He was over 3, but he got it in just a few days. I had tried once before, when he was younger, and it was a mess. Then he broke his arm, so I decided to hold off. It was the best choice, since he wasn't ready the first time around, and it saved me a lot of frustration. I wish you the best of luck...but if he doesn't take off with it don't kill your self. Just wait a few months and then try again ;-)
